The booked apartment is available no earlier than 4.00 pm and not later than 7.00 pm on the arrival day.
Upon arrival the Tenant must go the office to settle the bill and collect the keys, then will be accompanied to the reserved apartment by Alberti agency staff member.
The arrivals extended to Sunday involve the respect of the Sunday opening time.
After the second day of no show and lack of communication from the Tenant we assume the tacit renunciation of the apartment and will free the booking with forfeiture of the deposit paid.
