It is possible the presence of a balcony, exposed differently from the cardinal points, depending on the different types of real estate units. The total surface of the STUDIO APARTMENT is approximately 36/38 square meters. The location of most of our apartments is very central and close to ski lifts, ski slopes, bars, pharmacies, churches, ski schools, public parks, etc. or more decentralized but always within the town of Madonna di Campiglio at a maximum distance of one kilometer from the center. The total beds of the STUDIO APARTMENT are four! Two are always with the double sofa bed; two other beds are instead accommodated with a bunk bed or single beds in the living area of ​​the real estate unit.

The bathroom, usually located to the side of the entrance, has all the sanitary fittings with a shower or, in some rare cases, with a bathtub equipped with an adjustable height shower. The THREE-ROOM APARTMENT has a living room, two bedrooms, non-habitable kitchen and one or two bathrooms. The type of three-room apartments is different between the various apartments. One bedroom is always a double room and the other one, if it’s not again a double room, has a buk bed or two separated beds. In some apartments it is possible to find two bathrooms.
