Summer conditions

Included in price

Use of the fully furnished apartment, complete with kitchen equipment, blankets and pillows. All expenses (Agency, hot water, electricity, heating in winter, condominium fees, VAT).

Not included in price

Linen is NOT provided (sheets, pillowcases and towels) and must be brought by the Tenant. Pet supplement is not included.

Initial cleaning

The initial cleaning cost is not included in the price and is:

STUDIO FLATS Euro 90,00;
BEDROOM APARTMENTS Euro 100,00;
TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS Euro 150,00;
THREE BEDROOM APARTMENTS Euro 150,00.

Parking place in the garage

The parking place is not included in the price and is:

  • € 50 from 7/06 to 19/07 and from 30/08 to 14/09;
  • € 70 from 19/07 to 2/08 and from 16/08 to 30/08;
  • € 100 from 2/08 to 16/08.

Reservations / confirmations

At the time of booking the Tennant must commit to pay, as quickly as possible, a confirmatory deposit by bank transfer to:

Delivery of the booked apartment

The booked apartment is available no earlier than 4.00 pm and not later than 7.00 pm on the arrival day.

Upon arrival the Tenant must go the office to settle the bill and collect the keys, then will be accompanied to the reserved apartment by Alberti agency staff member.

The arrivals extended to Sunday involve the respect of the Sunday opening time.

After the second day of no show and lack of communication from the Tenant we assume the tacit renunciation of the apartment and will free the booking with forfeiture of the deposit paid.

Departure

The rented apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of the end of the lease in order to allow cleaning and subsequent possession.

Any deposit can be withdrawn at the Agency’s office after the keys have been handed over and the check of the apartment has been done.
